As you step into the light and airy entrance hall, you’ll notice the house has a relaxed, homely feel and lots of period features, including hardwood floors. Watch TV or relax in the large living room with bay window to the front, and play board games or curl up with a book in the cosy library.

Prepare family meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with range cooker, and eat together in the adjoining dining room. A bright, sunny garden room leads out to the courtyard where you can sit peacefully or enjoy an outdoor meal. The courtyard and garden room face west, so are perfect for enjoying the sun on those light evenings.

Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms feature comfy beds with Egyptian cotton bedding, plenty of storage space and some great views! Two of the bedrooms are doubles, one also has a large sleeper sofa. The third bedroom is a flexible king/twin/triple. The smaller fourth bedroom is perfect as a children’s room and there's a sofa bed downstairs if you need some extra space.

The large, family bathroom offers a bath plus a brand new separate walk in shower, and super soft towels are provided. Downstairs, there’s a second loo just off the kitchen.
